I worked with someone who considered themselves to be a "disrupter". This really meant they were highly misinformed and mistook their ignorance for a fresh-eyed clarity. Subsequently, they gazed upon life, set light to it, destroyed everything that was good about it, then laughed with pride at the great things they had achieved.
