For the past 5 years, I have been carefully crafting the lyrics and melodies of my second album, "Earthly Things"!

It contains, on the one hand, fresh material born out of spontaneous inspirations and experiences.

I recorded and mixed this album In Ukraine just like my first one, at home, in my room, in the garden, with my dog and cats. The only exception is for the songs "The Wizard Of Oz," "11 11 You Don’t Exist," and "What A Weird Machine," which were recorded in a rented apartment in Berlin.

By playing the full album, it may become clear that there are similarities between the song titles, the album title, the lyrics, and a line from the movie "The Exorcist."

A shared concept links all the tunes and is part of a single central theme and narrative. Take a guess at what it might be.

"Earthly Things" represents everyday worries and affairs, restless thoughts about anything but the important matters.

"We buried our souls under the confusion of everyday concerns and got used to living without a soul, so used to it we don't even notice how wooden, numb, and lifeless we have become..."
