Your body is a magical machine with incredible functions and huge abilities to learn, develop, change. It is always there for you. You are sitting in it. Your are your body and your body becomes the thoughts you are
giving to it.

I hated my body for the highest amount of my life for different reasons – not strong enough, too fat, not symmetrical enough. Not beautiful enough.
I was always ashamed of getting undressed first in school sports, later with lovers. This is insane. Where have we come to?

Too many humans are having the same theme and with SKIN i am rounding up my life – travel transformation of making peace with my body and loving and nurturing it as it is. My body.
