NEWBERY emerged from multiple recordings I made during long walks around the aeroparque area of the city of Buenos Aires. I didn't have a clear recording plan, but the recordings were rather spontaneous ‘snapshots’. However, after collecting and re-listening to the different environments and textures I had documented, it became clear that there was a loose, abstract sense.
