Worldbridger by Kate Ferencz

This album describes a version of the garden of Eden where the humans were allowed to stay even after things started to go wrong. Glorious flowers erupted all over like volcanoes, insects crawled, and somewhere down beneath the surface the dead would not stay quiet. All the life and death and beauty and decay just continued to pile up everywhere in obscene abundance. Some weird parties ensued. More straightforward guitar based folk songs give way to a dark, shambling attempt at something like dance music.
