Although my family never owned any type of video game system when I was a child and teenager, all of my friends, however, did; therefore, I did get to play some games and hear some 8-bit video game music. Several of the tunes on this album resemble this type of music but in odd time signatures. The last track is the only tune in 4/4 time due to the fact that I made it about 9 years ago when I went through my 80's-nostalgia mood.

This album is for all those today who are infatuated with the 1980's, who did not have the privilege of being a child during that era. I was there...for 2,851 days (I turned 8 years old in March 1990).

I remember watching on television The Berlin Wall come down. I remember seeing The Princess Bride and Willow in the movie theaters. The Neverending Story is the greatest Fantasy film ever made. No toy will ever surpass LEGO!
