Noise Cancelling from Trademarks by Luke Brawner

This song was written in an attempt to empathize with Luka's experience being thrust into the spotlight in ways he never asked to be. He was the subject of countless news stories, social media debates, memes, half-time conversations, and tremendous scrutiny about how and whether he was ultimately at fault for what happened. This, while trying to remain focused on playing well, adjusting to a new city and a new team, heal from the injuries that had sidelined up, etc. It just seemed like too much noise for one person to have to manage, especially someone as shy as Luka seems to be off the court.
