'post limerence' is about a lot of things, but mostly it's about what happens when you don't heal the things that you've p4ushed away deep inside of you. it always comes back, and the parts that hold onto it only grow until it all becomes one, big beast that is almost impossible to conquer. there's little things in here for people who have been a fan of my music since 2016. IYKYK.
i wrote this album in the summer of 2024, in the wake of a lot of big life changes. a lot of the things happening around that time reminded me of a time long passed that i thought i had completely healed. i was wrong, so it all came leaking out over everything and it was too late before i noticed it.
heal your shit; lest your heart grows fonder of things that do not serve you, or keep you in the cycle of things that hurt.
as always, i want to thank my mom and my dad, bailey, ammon, colby, my therapist, and many other people that i'm not going to list here because there would be fifteen million pages. you're all very special to me, and i'm grateful to know every single one of you. thank you for being my friends.
