Citation Needed by Lothar & Matthew

Citation Needed is yet another effort created due to the pandemic. It is the perfect storm of too much time on my hands mixed with the need to stay indoors and away from the plague.

No record label in particular presents Lothar & Matthew, which started out as a friendly bet between Nomeansno's bassist and the band's webmaster/roadie that given a decent array of music software, he too could become an electronic artist.
