In this time of change and chaos, I am releasing this album for free to combat the fear and anxiety of this present day and replace it with the peaceful healing quality of a well deserved rest. This Album is meant to be a digital sleep aid. Over the past two years it has been tested and refined and the most current version is over 9 hours long and should fill those empty spaces in your sleepless nights.

For lonely Insomniacs tired of being the last one up wandering quiet halls,
For people who can't fall asleep alone anymore,
soft bells and soothing tones, stranger's voices sharing quiet wisdom,
binaural beats to slow the mind and field recordings to remind you of home.

as you lay in bed, your room is awash in the light of your computer screen. the colors slowly rise and soon the walls are bathed in soft blues, greens, and purples. you close your eyes and your conscious mind begins to hang up its hat and coat at the door. you wipe your feet on the mat and shut the door, walk over to the windows on the other side of the room and draw the curtains. a storm is rolling in, but you don't mind. your body is already comfortably in bed, now even your inner mind seeks rest, and plops right on down in a big comfy recliner, blanket in tow. time to get real confy my friend. and a little bit weird if you're not already...
