Exitus Roma by Leah Curtis
Synopsis
AD 410. Rome has been conquered by barbarians. The slave and the daughter of a famous scholar escape together to Alexandria. But when a fellow traveller turns on them, and kidnaps the daughter, the slave has to chase him through the desert, and learn how to become a warrior.
