Laurent Stopnicki is a French avant-garde and versatile composer who has recently specialized in very sophisticated music combining ambient pop and meditation.
His books / cds have sold more than 200 000 copies.
With Carole Serrat, he has performed hypnotic concerts ( Odayam ) in prestigious venues in France ( Olympia, Grand rex ) in California (Venice Beach, Santa Monica ) and New York ( Carnegie hall ).
He now offers us this collector's album « recalled lives « conceived and recorded solo in 1987 in Paris. ( at the Piccolo studio)
He used analog synthesizers and remarkably the very first samplers that allowed him to create singular rhythms and moods with his own voice and the sounds of his body.
In this "karmic" album Laurent Stopnicki recalls reminiscences of his past lives, foreseen or dreamed.
