Frédéric L’Epée is a Berlin-based composer and electric guitarist. His recent work focuses on solo electric guitar as a compositional instrument, exploring form, timbre, resonance, and implied polyphony. Situated between contemporary written music and the electric guitar’s sonic reality. He is also the founder of the bands Shylock (70's), Philharmonie (90's) and Yang (present time).
