Eden by Larry Russell

The idea with this project was to be an antithesis in mood to my second album; Red City. In a lot of ways it's like a sister project to Red City as they were conceptualized and written around the same time but the overall vibe is different and I think that'll be apparent after listening. This one is really relaxing (and even fun and some points) to listen to and as always I'm very proud how it turned out.

This is also the first album that got away from a concept or narrative. Winter and Red City are heavily influenced by their themes and the don't stray very far from that. Eden is, for better or worse, more like a collection of songs then a narrative. There's still a flow present but there will definitely be songs that differ from what the others are trying to represent.
