HIGHER GROUND (public domain) is another church classic. Growing up listening to southern gospel, I had a fascination with the old quartet harmonies and blends. We start out slow, but we couldn't help it...we had to LCF the song. RLO rocks the vocals and Gorman Stanley, a good friend, laid in the keys that drove the beat. I hope you enjoy my arrangement of HIGHER GROUND.
