As I've revisited the many songs of LCF, memories have flooded in. Our songs documented the journey of a group of friends and musicians over many years. We wrote songs about our victories and the struggles we were all having or witnessing in the world around us. Band members came and went, but the LCF band endured for over 25 years. I've chosen the Bandcamp platform to share the complete story of LCF. I'll write tid-bits about each song and the members. Since we were blazing new trails with original songs, our studio sessions were a magical collaborative effort. I was the weak link in the band. My friends were the real musicians. The signature sound you'll hear throughout the LCF journey are tight unique harmonies, the smooth vocals by RLO, amazing violin work by Christy, and first-class lead guitar solos and counter melodies.

I've always known there's no money in music. So as always, this project is mainly for my LCF family, a documentation of a big part of my life to pass on to my daughters, and to highlight the incredible musicians who I call friends. In this small way, I'm putting closure on an incredible journey and thanking the musicians and friends who made up LCF over a lifetime. We formed around 1985, but the Don't Jump CD was our first project released in 1996.

A true story...may the journey and stories continue.

Now several years have now passed by, she's said she's doing well.
But she's a daily reminder that some people live a living hell.
and I still wonder who helped who,
was the lesson for her or was the lesson for me,
I'm the salt in a bitter world, I am a light on a Hill, i should always shout and sing, "DON'T JUMP!"
