Tristan Vloeberghs, the guy who was once dubbed "probably fictional" by Ultra Eczema boss D. Tyfus, has been making waves with the super inventive mixes he creates alongside Orphan Fairytale for We Are Various Radio. In 2024, the duo - under the name Tristan & Titania - dropped the album "Glyphs & Gods" on Nonlocal Research and Psychic Sounds.
Now, Vloeberghs is back with "αρχιπέλαγος", a new solo tape featuring five tracks that, despite their minimalist vibe, feel like a lush travel guide to sonic relics from other worlds. Vloeberghs is keeping watch - outward and inward. Pure bliss, no doubt about it.
