Dead and dying tissue
inside my brain
The pain has turned into
and evil entity
Make you pity me
For the killing that I do

I know not
what goes on

I think I will spill your blood

The madness is starting
as I slip into this darkness
The embolism is pulsing
inside my brain
chopping, hacking
and the bones
as they are cracking
The only thing that will
satisfy my tortured brain

The victims picked at random
Their health is no concern
I do prefer the larges ones
They endure the torture
that I inflict
This seems to calm the pain
