Cymatics Resonance by Kryptogen Rundfunk / II:II
Split of two projects from St. Petersburg, Russia, with one 9-min track from each one. KRYPTOGEN RUNDFUNK slowly unfolds a calibrated rhythmic structure, gradually saturating it with fragments of radionoises and drone waves, and then switches to broadcasting sharply outlined distorted bursts, turning into a radionoise frenziness.
II:II builds up a multi-layered stream of analogue sound with smooth techno-industrial rhythm, slowly pulling the listener into the oneiric quagmire.
