LOST LANGUAGE by Kronodigger
LOST LANGUAGE is collection of tracks written as continuous score for a contemporary dance show with same title by New York based company Sidra Bell Dance New York.
The show consisted of 8 performances, that took place at Baruch Performing Arts Center (New York) in June of 2016.
The sound of the album was heavily inspired by Sidra Bell’s other show "Unidentifiable/Bodies", atmosphere of Silent Hill video game franchise, films by Gaspar Noe and David Lynch, and personal life experiences of sleepless nights in New York city and its Brooklyn’s underground show culture.
…Brooklyn’s underground show culture also included numerous trips in New York’s filthy MTA subway past 3am…which at that time becomes a Silent Hill of its own.
