Alphonse continues his 'chuck it all in the blender' approach to music making with the 'Brainstorming EP' on Klasse Wrecks. Imagine a world where the best parts of early 90s dance music meld together woozily, taking leads from Detroit melancholia, Chicago stomp and Breakbeat swagger. Nothing is as it appears in the world of Alphonse and tracks often take a sharp left turn, leaving the listener dizzy with confounded expectations.
