Now, how things end? And how they begin? The insanity required for conduction. The strength to keep the distance on a leash. Three rounds, three rooms, three different creatures with various ailments migrating through space & time.

You’re in a cramped room.
Warm carpet and dark drapes gradually squeezing every last drop of outrage from a body inhabited by a friend.

You’re in a bright room.
Cold white tiles attempting to cauterize the self-inflicted wounds with fake metallic paint.

You’re in a wooden room.
Walls painting ornaments - half-hearted attempts to heal erode the wallpaper and reveal the dark area behind and ahead.

All broken infants trying to find their way in a world without sense.

It’s the small reflection in the window which negates all efforts to exist. It’s the learnings that have subsided and vanished in subtle gestures. It’s the reality borders blurred and shifted. It’s the perspective distorted. It’s the colour scheme inverted. It’s the nature of objects constantly escaping.

My head is filled with visions. Crackling joints, strained sinews. A pulsating vessel with no drive or identity. A cement panel covering me like a cloak of flickering invisibility. I’m destroying the outside gaze and its vulturing mind.

This slow drift a cruel reminder
about the shallowness of surroundings.
