Highborn by Kite Carrier
Highborn - breathing from the essential demoscene time period - is the second full-length album by kite carrier, released retrospectively in 2018.
Highborn was created between the end of July (just after getting out of confirmation camp) and the beginning of December 1994, at the age of 14 to 15.
Part-way aggressive and in some ways dusky electronic album has a conceptual feel of macrocosm and stream of consciousness.
Highborn contains the legendary inner circle hit "Thru the Jungle" - a standout track with a certain "world music" genre vibe, and the rockish "Silence and Loneliness" - a music combo entry for Assembly 94 demoparty (didn't make the shortlist). One of the slower tracks 'Fortuna' has been described as having a triphop feel in it.
Indeed, a musical journey.

New mixes/remasters done Nov 2017- Feb 2018. Originally would’ve been released 19th Dec 1994. Released as a retrospective release 16.02.2018.
The tracks are represented without core modifications or revising - only appropriate mixing, slight reverb adding and clearing to the sound has been made.
