I was given a balance stone. Simply: it's a stone with the word balance on it. It's unknown to me if it actually helps with my equilibrium or if it's a spiritual sort of balance. The message rings clear however. Too much of anything is not good. We need balance in our lives. Up and down. Left and right. Full and hungry.
This is a song about taking the good with the bad.
