these songs are a reflection of the multitude of spaces i have explored and feelings i have experienced over the past two years since this music began to take shape. something that occupies much of my mental bandwidth is the impact that we have on the natural world. i chose to explore this theme through either manipulating decayed industrial infrastructure (rusted ironwork in an old buoy depot on MN point) or simply recording the sounds of active infrastructure (moving walkway in heathrow airport/london underground tube noises).
