When I was 23, my grandmother gave me advice that has stayed with me: Hold on to the girlfriends in your life. She simply stated that women will always be there for me — and she was right.
Like the Pleiades constellation, the women in my life — my sister, my best friends from college, and the many incredible women I’ve met along the way — are always there, shining steady and bright. They are easy to find, consistently supportive, and endlessly encouraging. Seven Sisters is a tribute to them, a song of gratitude for the unbreakable bonds that have guided me through every season of life.
