Selenophobia by Justina Jaruseviciute

Lithuanian composer Justina Jaruševičiūtė started to write Selenophobia during a full moon, reflecting on how its cycles affect us humans. "Why does plenilune change our emotions, feelings and behavior so much? It is marvelous yet scary to depend, somehow, on something we cannot fully understand,” she explains.

Selenophobia is about finding balance in oneself and not letting anything distract us from our path. We cannot always change what happens to us but we can try to find peace of mind in ourselves.
