Baltimore new-wave, dark-synth, rock band Jumpcuts is the brainchild of singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist Andy Shankman. The sophomore album entitled, “Fiber Optic Bondage” is a continuation of Shankman’s bombastic brand of rock that blurs musical lines.
