Baltimore new-wave, dark-synth, rock band Jumpcuts is the brainchild of singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist Andy Shankman. The sophomore album entitled, “Fiber Optic Bondage” is a continuation of Shankman’s bombastic brand of rock that blurs musical lines. The introspective lyrics, atmospheric synths, and danceable beats will make you want to laugh, dance, and cry at the same time.
