Greatest Hits by J Travis
I wrote “Greatest Hits” at a time when my wife and I were living on opposite coasts. She had taken a new job in New York and I was trying to stay afloat back home in Los Angeles. Everyday I would close my eyes and replay all the awe-inspiring moments that we’d shared through our years together. I would walk through the neighborhood singing lyrics to myself, always looking for the perfect phrase to sum up that feeling. She had turned my good life into a great one. Even while we were apart, there’s no way I could ever forget our greatest hits.
