Rewilding by Jonathan Krisp
Rewilding is the second album from Jonathan Krisp which draws inspiration from immersive experiences with nature and features found sounds, analogue synth work and quirky, eccentric melodies.
Krisp merges the acoustic, digital & antiquated, creating a unique sound from his love of pattern making and repetition. Evocative of dreams or scenes in films, Rewilding is both reflective and other worldly, but also definitely danceable!
This is an album that finds a place between the structures of metropolis and wilderness, whilst hinting at deeper rituals from a bygone era when humankind was more closely in touch with nature.
