Inheritance - Album by John Reed
#Inheritance is more personal album, dealing with issues of ancestry, family and love and our future on this planet. The album is all written and performed with John's 1977 black Eko Ranger guitar as its focus because it has seen most of the ups and down in his life.
John has been looking for a hard case long enough to take the Eko since those early years. Most acoustic guitars have between 18 and 20 frets. The Eko has 21. In 2024, in a bizarre twist of fate when bidding for such a case on eBay, he found it contained an identical black Eko guitar, again from the mid-late '70s. He now has twins.
