For over 50 years Johnny has been performing across the South. He was based out of Houston in the early 70’s and Austin in the mid 70’s. He returned to Houston in the 80’s where he recorded for Crazy Cajun Records. He is currently based out of Jonestown TX and still performs in that area. Spoiler Alert, Johnny will be releasing two more albums in 2026 “Songs of The Heart” and “Heart and Swamp”.
