Winter Solstice (Orchestral Arrangement)

The city is my muse, the wilderness, my sustenance.

This piece is inspired by a wind-bathed night, in which I slept underneath the Cold Moon (First December Moon as named by Original Peoples of the Southwest, U.S.).

As darker days blanket us with their thick and all-enveloping cold, Winter Solstice is an opportunity to release everything, which no longer serves us, and allow it to wither in the past, as we move on to a new beginning.

May all of your pain be left in the old year. May you shed all of your fears, apprehensions and resistance. And may you carry with you, all of your new found strengths, power, and joy on to the new year.

May 2021 be a year of love and light. Remember, our true alignment is that of neutrality and love.

Be still in Winter's silence. Observe and witness the perceiver of consciousness.
