A well known musician in the Chaleur region, John Boulay has studied classical guitar at Université de Moncton and later on at the École Normale de Musique de Paris
He is well known in both the French and English musical communities and has recorded albums in both languages, with the John Boulay Blues Quartet. He is the 2019 inductee of the Chaleur Region Musical Hall of Fame in Petit Rocher.
