"Bitcoin Bro", the final single release from Joel Sarakula's new album "Soft Focus" is given a fresh coat of paint by Phil Martin in this fizzy remix, successfully transporting Sarakula's 70s influences into the technicolour present.
Dreamy synths and funky guitar riffs float over a half-time groove as Sarakula softly and seductively sings about the rise and fall of a "Bitcoin Bro". Ultimately he links this peculiar contemporary theme of the "Bitcoin Bro" back to old-fashioned greed as he points his finger at all of us (and himself) singing 'Aren't we all like a 'Bitcoin Bro', speculating but we'll never grow'.
