Water Light from Mozaïque by Joël Dugrenot
First track of the album Mosaïques (90). Joël Dugrenot was fascinated by wave phenomena : sound, but also light and colours. Water light begins with a flute and tubes illustrating the reflection and the flicker of light on the surface of the waters and ends up in the heart of the sensations they cause carried by all the instruments and especially by the violin..
Premier morceau de l’album Mosaïques (90). Joël Dugrenot était fasciné par les phénomènes ondulatoires : le son certes mais aussi la lumière et les couleurs. Water light commence avec une flute et des tubes illustrant le reflet et le scintillement de la lumière à la surface des eaux et finit au coeur des sensations qu’ils provoquent portées par l’ensemble des instruments et en particulier par le violon.
