Polaris is the work of Joe Beedles (Native), a Manchester-based sound-artist with thematic interests in source decay, physical space and recycling materials. Drawing on live recordings and synthesized noise, the result is an engaging discourse between the real and the simulated. The Laura Lies In debut is a collection of neo-noir compositions consisting of obscured soundscapes and hybrid rhythms that expand and implode the mind simultaneously.
