Piano Improvisations by Jonathan Crayford

This is from a concert I performed in Barcelona, 2011 at Pianos Puig on the beautiful Fazioli F278. After this I travelled to Sacile, Italy and met Paulo Fazioli and what an experience that was. Thank you Paulo and also Josep Puig, Michael Ashby, Michael Robins and Leopoldo Soto. Being an Improvisation it isn't named however here it's called Barcelona. I'll be adding further tracks to this album.

Acclaimed as a highly original compositional talent, pianist Jonathan Crayford has been responsible for many film soundtracks, albums, and bands. Jonathan worked with a wide range of musicians. In New York he played with Kurt Rosenwinkel, David Binney, Mambo Macoco and Groove Collective, in Europe with David Murray, Tony Allen, Questlove and Macy Gray.
