Fantastic Tales by Jeremy Cubert

“Fantastic Tales” is a collection of pieces recorded on acoustic guitar, Alto Chapman Stick, and the Dragonfly DF10A Nylon String Tapping Guitar. The title track, in 3 parts, imagine a musical story being told around the campfire - think Pictures At An Exhibition but outdoors. The Sound of Rain was recorded during a thunderstorm. Due to lack of any sound reinforcement in my home, you can hear the sound of rain underneath the music. Universal Change takes a similar approach but without the rain. The remaining pieces are vignettes recorded on the Alto Chapman Stick.

Jeremy Cubert has not been thinking about music since 1973. He has recorded and played with Quest, Zapotec, Archaic Revival, Apothecary, Formativ, Iconic Sky, and The Alan Scott Band playing keyboards, Chapman Stick and other instruments.
