I always liked looking at the skyline
Seeing the beautiful city at night
I found joy in all the big squares
Towering above my head
But they didn't protect me from everything

Your words hit
Like a meteor
Knocking everything
Off balance

I fell from the tower
After having planted flowers
Fallen, couldn't reach them
And give them any water
Now they are wilting
Just like their father

Why did you have to say that?
