This album has been written over the course of the last 8-10 years, most of the songs I wrote alone and some with other British and American writers. It's taken me awhile to release this record after making it in Nashville, so I feel SO excited to finally be releasing 'Manic', a period of my life that I can now share with the world and let go of as I move into a deeper space of womanhood. Jasmine Power is a Welsh singer, pianist and songwriter, and one of today’s most uniquely engaging artists to emerge from the UK scene. Daughter of a Welsh sailor and an English musician, she was brought up on the West coast of Wales where she has been composing music and songs continuously since the age of 10.
