Wooden Moon by Jakob Rehlinger

On this album I return to guitar as a primary tone generator with synthesizers stepping back into the low end of the drone. Each track also features my further experiments with the Yamaha Venova, a strange little reed instrument somewhat resembling a soprano sax or space-age clarinet. The album's title, Wooden Moon, is a reference to these pieces harkening back to the early days of my band Moonwood when it was a solo project.
