The images are free-hand line drawings that my sister Amy Nicoll made of me while I camped out at her house in Toronto this year. The image in the background is a double exposure taken by my good friend Jam. I played around with photoshop.
Ilia Nicoll played violin on 'Disintegration' and Maria Peddle played violin on 'Entropy'
Kira Sheppard haunts the background of 'Train From Montreal'
The choral song in the first 'Memory' is my grandma and her sisters singing "When I Met Jesus," recorded sometime in the 40's.
A big thanks to Chris Brookes for the all the cool old gear and collaborations. Thanks to Brad Power for leaving his Farfisa at the studio long enough for me to make use of it. Thanks to Big Jelly Al for aiding me in my quest for a tape delay, which is absolutely everywhere on this album. And of course, thanks to all of the family.
