Storm Season is a concept album dedicated to change and chaos. The Storm brings change to our lives, for better or worse. It wreaks havoc and uproots us, destroying what was to make way for something new. After the Storm there is an opportunity for rebirth…

This album finds the Storm in media res. Each of its five songs explores an element of the Storm - rain, snow, thunder, clouds, wind. They sprung from a period of great turmoil when I was confronted with the death of my dear grandmother, the end of a long term relationship, and a depression diagnosis.

I hope Storm Season reminds you that even when you feel lost, you are not alone. In the face of an uncertain future, you are exactly where you need to be right now. Every instant of your life has led you to this moment.

If the skies serve you rain, go puddle jumping (Split! Splat!)

If Storm clouds threaten, embrace the coming tide. Change can be painful, but the possibility of new life awaits you. Cling to the past no longer (What you had is gone)
