Aether by In Repose
Although this project has been together for 5+ years, the members have been friends for a lot longer. We've been through thick and thin together (i.e., children born, job changes, family tragedies, divorces, breakdowns, buying homes, and general growth as humans, etc), yet we always come back and re-center ourselves through our music; finding our Zen within it.
We are a family.
And then a thought occurred-- our music is truly the fruit of our friendship.

In Repose was a Portland original rock band consisting of vocalist Anthony Burgess, guitarist Troy Johnson, drummer Mark Monteverdi, and bassist Brett Huston. In Repose had diverse influences spanning multiple genres with a reciprocal appreciation towards 90’s rock. Their musical energy captured audiences and held them throughout their emotionally fueled performances.
