[ENG.] Stupor is a sonic landscape emerging from the fog of consciousness, where time slows down and the boundaries between wakefulness and dreams begin to blur. The album’s title, signifying a state of numbness or suspended stillness, reflects the nature of its 11 tracks, balancing on the edge between ambient, drone, and experimental music.
The recordings on Stupor are a journey through different states of mind – from hypnotic suspension to unsettling disruptions and moments of gentle solace. The album paints soundscapes of visions and feelings that accompany such states; drones and ethereal harmonies capture a sense of helplessness, emptiness, or timeless suspension, while disturbing, distorted tones evoke the disorientation and tension often associated with mental imbalance. Stupor is a musical meditation on human sensitivity and unspoken inner states.
Stupor also brings attention to issues of anxiety, depression, and the inner struggles that accompany them. The compositions reflect diverse emotional states; each track is a sonic narrative of invisible battles – from moments of numbness and isolation to fear and fleeting relief. Tytuł albumu, oznaczający stan odrętwienia lub zawieszenia w bezruchu, oddaje charakter 11 utworów, które balansują na krawędzi między ambientem, dronem i muzyką eksperymentalną.
Nagrania na Stupor to podróż przez różne stany umysłu – od hipnotycznego zawieszenia, przez niepokojące zakłócenia, po chwile delikatnego ukojenia.
