Space Whales by Imaginacoustics

The Space Whales album is an Alpha - Delta session ramping down from 10 Hz Alpha to 3.5 Hz Delta. It was designed to be a tool for deep relaxation, meditation and well-being. It consists of a mysterious ambient music with panning chords, whales sounds and space sound effects.

Alpha brainwaves represent a state of relaxed mental awareness. You are in this mental state early in the morning, when your mind and body are relaxed or while daydreaming. This state enhances the sharpness of visualization techniques, and also makes the mind more receptive to affirmations. Theta Waves have been associated with states of enhanced creativity, learning, deep relaxation, daydreaming and sleep. Theta is also known as a highly suggestible state, where affirmations and hypnosis are most effective. Delta brainwaves are associated with deep sleep, unconscious awareness and a state of empathy. When your dominant brainwave is Delta, your body is healing itself.

Imagine yourself riding a whale in infinite deep space while you relax and meditate. Meditation is an effective way to create inner peace, gain control over your body and mind, and awaken higher consciousness.
