Envisioning by Imaginacoustics

The Envisioning album was designed to help you enhance your visual perception skills with deep ambient music and Alpha/Theta Isochronic Tones. The frequencies used are: 6 Hz Theta, 10 Hz Alpha, 8.3 Hz Alpha and 12.3 Hz Alpha. Each of these frequencies are repeated six times during the session with the carrier picth varying between 100 Hz and 180 Hz.

Alpha brainwaves represent a state of relaxed mental awareness. You are in this mental state early in the morning, when your mind and body are relaxed or while daydreaming. This state enhances the sharpness of visualization techniques, and also makes the mind more receptive to affirmations. Theta Waves have been associated with states of enhanced creativity, learning, deep relaxation, daydreaming and sleep. Some benefits of reaching the theta state may include healing, deep levels of relaxation, peak levels of creativity, learning and improved memory.
