i'm in a yellow intestinal tract
things are tumbling green
all vacated the scene
a pin has popped the house down flat
all the lightbulbs are now broken glass
and the river's changed colour on me

look it's alive
everything's got its trail
making something out of nothing is its own holy grail
all the molecules turn curlicues with heads and a tail
just as soon as i'm there something scares

speech is just a muddle
how?
has my face turned an icicle?
pull my rope up please
my brain is grazing its knees
contrivance has deserted me
and i'm just dumbed by the scenery
i think i'll just teleport home

i'm starting to think it's pollution to cope
vignette blur in every corner
detail clouded by smoke
does opportunity greet me with a dagger in cloak?
